3. Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
6. Our Content Policy
All content on GreenNook is original and created by our team or contributors. We do not knowingly infringe on any copyright. If you believe we have posted content that belongs to you, please contact us immediately.
